dms-core software package provides bind9 DNS Management System, core system, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dms-core
dms-core is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dms-core package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dms-core *
You will get with dms-core package name, version, architecture and description in a table
